KABUL - This week’s feature examines day-to-day problems faced by families who return to Afghanistan after years spent living in refugee camps outside the country. Through interviews with Afghan residents, as well as United Nations and government officials, the piece shows how government agencies, assisted by UNHCR, are collaborating to construct shelters for these returnees and create programmes that help families adjust to their new surroundings.
