  • 16 Aug 2012 - KABUL - The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan strongly condemns the spate of attacks around Afghanistan yesterday that killed and injured over 200 civilians. In particular, a series of separate suicide attacks in crowded public bazaars – where civilians were shopping for the Eid-ul-Fitr holiday -- in Zaranj city of Nimroz province and Dasht-i-Archi district of Kunduz province, resulted in at least 45 civilian deaths and over 152 other injuries.

Starting from today, by calling the number 120, it is now possible to receive accurate youth health information including reproductive health, counseling, and referrals to appropriate services or resources.
