19 March 2004 - The present report is submitted pursuant to Security Council resolution 1471 (2003) of 28 March 2003 and General Assembly resolutions 58/27 A and B of 5 December 2003. It covers the period since the previous report, dated 30 December 2003 (S/2003/1212). During this period, the Security Council also received an oral briefing on 15 January which was recorded in the Council’s verbatim records (see S/PV.4893).
