  • 27 Feb 2016 - KABUL - The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) condemns today’s suicide attack in Kunar province that killed 11 civilians and injured more than 30 others. This morning in Asadabad city, in front of the Provincial Governor’s office, a suicide attacker detonated his vehicle full of explosives, causing more than 40 civilian casualties.

In two incidents in the last week, access to healthcare was under attack, resulting in deaths and injuries.
