KANDAHAR - A charity organization has started distributing assistance to around 2500 needy families in Kandahar city, Dand, Daman, Arghandab and Panjwai districts. The Deputy of the charity organization, Mr Fazal Rahman, says that this assistance is part of the Ramadan package which costs around US$ 500,000 and includes cash, food and non-food items. The assistance is expected to benefit 10,000 people.
