NEW YORK - Afghanistan will remain a priority for the United Nations in 2010, the Secretary-General told the Security Council on Wednesday. Despite the flawed elections and the deteriorating security situation, Ban Ki-moon said the UN remains firmly committed to supporting the men and women of Afghanistan to find the path of stability and peace.
