HERAT - A high-ranking delegation from Kabul led by the Interior Minister arrived Herat on Tuesday. After his mediation, the general strike in Herat ended. It is worth mentioning that doctors and civil society groups had gone on strike to protest against the increasing incidents of abduction and insecurity in the province.
