12 June 2010 - Staffan de Mistura, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in Afghanistan, told reporters in Kabul today that the momentum of the Peace Jirga needs to be maintained. The way to do this, he said, is to have constant signals that move in the direction of dialogue.
