This morning in Asadabad city, in front of the Provincial Governor’s office, a suicide attacker detonated his vehicle full of explosives, causing more than 40 civilian casualties.
UNAMA reiterates that the indiscriminate use of explosives in areas crowded by civilians is a serious violation of international humanitarian law.
