HERAT - More than one hundred people today turned out to the Estaqlal Hall in Herat to watch a mobile exhibit of photos on the theme of “resilience.”

The opening ceremony started with poetry by a local writer and speeches from senior Afghan and United Nations officials. The exhibit is sponsored by the UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA).

During the course of one month, the photos from the exhibit will be shown at the Herat Public Library, Herat University and the regional hospital.
