I condemn this outrageous act. To specifically target people who were gathering at a moment of happiness to celebrate a wedding shows a total disregard for civilian life.

The thoughts of all United Nations staff across Afghanistan are with the families who have lost loved ones and we wish for a speedy recovery of those who were injured in this attack.
