Internationals wishing to join UNAMA, probably one of the most interesting Missions in the world, need to apply through the UN careers portal of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations in New York.
You need to register as a user, complete the online form and then apply for the vacancies in which you are interested. Vacancies are listed in occupational groups and you will not find specific vacancies as being in Afghanistan. Individual departments at UNAMA do not recruit directly.
The website will also allow you to apply for other vacancies in the UN system.
