Since 28 November 2010, upon signature of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Kuwait, the UNAMA Support Office has been officially operating in Kuwait, and is collocated with the UNAMI Support Office in the Khaitan Compound.
On 10 December 2012, UNAMA and UNAMI officially launched the integrated United Nations Kuwait Joint Support Office (UNKJSO). The primary purpose of UNKJSO is to allow the processing of integrated services to be centrally located in Kuwait irrespective of the location of the client missions. The overall objective of the integration is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of delivered services to staff members and client missions through rationalized and streamlined processes and synergy.
The UNKJSO will be posting vacancies below and welcomes applications from citizens of Kuwait and residents of Kuwait with valid residency status.
