On the occasion of the World Refugee Day (20 June), the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) is calling to ‘take one minute to support a family forced to flee,’ which is also the global theme of this year’s celebration. During the first four months of 2013, 10,934 Afghan refugees returned voluntarily to Afghanistan, a decrease of six per cent compared with the same period in 2012.
